Dear Kathy, I'm sorry for not doing this sooner, but moving has been more work than expected. Firstly, we love our new home. It is in great condition, and everyday we are thankful that we bought this house and not another. We want to thank you for giving us a chance with purchasing a house. You, more then anyone, know the trouble we went through to get a home. We looked for over a year, and bid on about thirteen houses. We were getting very frustrated with going to open homes. With the open homes, we were always out-bid. Re-Max was great especially you, we got a great house without the craziness involved with fighting other bidders. Again, Thanks for helping us. We'll always be grateful to you.   The house and neighborhood is great. I know we got a great deal on our home. This neighborhood is so quiet. We used to live near Castro Valley Blvd. We often had sirens going and loud cars. Here, it's always quiet. We love the crickets. Birds are all around. Having a house on a court is perfect for our boys. Nearly everyday, they're out riding their bikes.   I hope things are going well for you. I'm sure they will. Your team has a great system.
