I earned my Bachelors of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley, and my Masters in Science at California State, San Francisco. Prior to real estate, I took pride in helping at Children’s Hospital, Oakland through medical research. I reside in San Ramon with my husband, our daughter, Calista, and a little one is on the way, due in October. I am up-to-date with the latest trends in real estate. Although I can give general information about the tax benefits of owning a home or investment property, I like to refer my clients to CPAs that have up-to-date information and can be more personable with your situation and needs. I also perform yearly reviews of home values so you are comfortable in knowing what you have financially achieved through your home.
